It provides information on the purchase, along with a toll-free number (0800 566 667) that connects you to the nearest support nationwide. With or without the card you can stop at any Battery Town, no matter where you are in New Zealand, for warranty assistance - giving you piece of mind for a battery you purchase from Battery Town. Battery Town Nationwide Warranty

All Endurant automotive batteries carry a 36 month warranty from date of purchase. All Endurant commercial and deep cycle batteries carry a 24 month warranty from date of purchase.

Warranty applies if the battery fault is due to faulty materials or workmanship on the part of the battery. Warranty is void through misuse, misapplication or other abnormal factors which affect the battery. Warranty may be deemed void if date codes are unreadable, found to be tampered or removed.

All Motorcycle Batteries have a 12 month warranty. Warranty applies if the battery fault is due to faulty materials or workmanship on the part of the battery. Ensure you keep your receipt as proof of purchase for warranty.

Date codes

Date codes for Battery Town batteries are located on the top of the battery, near the positive terminal. The date code is a tamper-resistant sticker, containing a letter, and a number. Warranty may be deemed void if either of these date codes are unreadable, found to be tampered or removed.
