1. By participating in the competition or promotion each participant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
  2. By participating in the competition, winners agree to their names being published on HCB Technologies Ltd media.
  3. All prizes are subject to standard terms and conditions of the company supplying the prizes.
  4. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, transferable to any other person, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  5. If a prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable (for any reason), HCB Technologies Ltd reserves the right to amend the prizes at its own and sole discretion, including providing the winner with a substitute prize.
  6. HCB Technologies Ltd is not liable for damage to prizes sent by post or courier.
  7. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, HCB Technologies Ltd and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prizes.
  8. Participation is open to New Zealand businesses only. Employees of Bapcor are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  9. HCB Technologies Ltd is not liable to any damage caused by the improper use of the prize.
  10. Under the Privacy Act 1993, all individuals have the right to access and correct their personal information by contacting HCB Technologies
  11. HCB Technologies Ltd reserves the right to exclude anyone from participating at its sole discretion. HCB Technologies Ltd also reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to a participant who is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, gained an unfair advantage in participating or won by using fraudulent means, including the receipt of excess stickers.
  12. Please allow 5+ working days for the delivery of the prize.
  13. Each customer has one spin per working day for duration of promotion. Any glitch in system which awards more than one prize maybe disallowed at the discretion of HCB Technologies Ltd.
  14. HCB Technologies Ltd takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction,  inadvertent disconnection,  Force Majeure or otherwise.
  15. The promotion begins on 3rd December 2018 and ends on 14 December 2018.
