Where is Battery Town?

Can I collect the battery at a Battery Town store?

Coming soon - you will be able to buy a battery online and collect and or have fitted at one of our Battery Town stores nationwide. This is the best way to ensure you get the right battery, installed correctly.

Additionally, all Battery Town stores carry a range of batteries - you can call your local store to arrange purchase, collection, and / or fitment.

Can I fit a battery myself?

Yes, but Battery Town has no liability or responsibility for incorrectly fitted batteries or batteries fitted outside manufacturers specifications. Additionally, it is highly recommended using a Battery Town auto electrician to fit any battery to any of your vehicles. Many modern vehicles require coding of batteries to vehicles. This should be done by an experienced professional at any Battery town store nationwide.

What if the battery sent to me does is not suitable or does not fit my vehicle?

If you have received a battery that is incorrect or does not fit your vehicle, you may return it to us, at our own expense, for a full refund. 

To enable the return of the goods - you must telephone 0800 566 667 - and Battery Town staff will organise the process of return.

There are still some conditions which need to be met:

  1. You have 14 days from the receipt of your incorrect, faulty, damaged, or not as described order, to inform us of a problem with it.
     
  2. We may ask you to take a photo of the faulty or damaged item, if we feel it will help us diagnose a problem or find out what happened.
     
  3. After notifying us, we will then send you instructions on how to return your item and this will include a returns label, or sending a courier to collect the item, at a convenient time. It is important you are available when the courier calls, or if we provided you with a label, you need to return the items promptly.
    The maximum we allow for this return is 14 days.

    Please note that if we do not receive the return of your faulty, damaged or not as described item, we will not be able to refund you. Even though it is unusable, we still need it back.

How quickly are batteries dispatched for shipping to my address?

Product purchased on the Battery Town website are shipped the same working day (Monday to Friday) if your order is placed before 3:00pm.

Any order placed after 3:00pm are dispatched the following working day.
